Location: Tampines, Singapore
Salary: $3,300 - $3,500 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Immediate Start)
Responsibilities
Process and generate sales orders accurately.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
Respond to and resolve customer feedback and issues.
Coordinate with logistics and third-party providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Verify certificates of analysis/compliance and apply inspection status.
Prepare and distribute order acknowledgements and daily reports.
Maintain customer contact databases and filing systems.
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or order processing experience.
Able to commit contract for 6 months period.
Experience using SAP is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
