The Role

The position requires a highly motivated and confident individual who is able to work independently within a team setting for effective day-to-day administration & sales work processes including assistance to media contract management, planning & monitoring media scheduling, pre-processing of invoices, purchase requisitions, and any other sales related duties as assigned from time to time.

The Executive, Sales Support must also be able to plan, organize and manage sales administration resources (e.g. P&L spreadsheet for media campaigns, inclusive of ad hoc event preparation requirements, collection of advertising revenue records for special editions, issues, features, specials/supplements, etc) and process these efficiently and timely.

Requirements

     Diploma or higher, preferably in Business Administration

     Possess strong leadership with excellent interpersonal skills, for liaison with partnering stakeholders

     Excellent written and spoken communication skills

     Strong working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) or G-Suite (Docs, Sheet & Slides)

     Basic understanding of mainstream media (e.g. Newspaper, Magazine, Digital, Radio, Outdoor advertising).
