Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ex-Ministry of Education (MOE) Math Teacher who can translate school-based teaching experience into an engaging enrichment environment.
This role is ideal for educators who:
- Work with smaller class sizes
- Focus in student improvement and confidence building
- Making learning interactive and enjoyable
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Student Development:
- Conduct New Mental Math and School Math lessons aligned with MOE Syllabus
- Adapt teaching method to suit different learning abilities
- Simplify complex concepts for weaker students while challenging stronger learner
- Monitor and track student progress regularly
- Assisting in Developing and Maintaining Teaching Materials
Classroom Experience (Enrichment Style):
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons (not lecture-based)
- Incorporate activities, questioning techniques and pacing to maintain attention
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment
Parent Communication:
- Provide regular updates on student progress
- Handle parent enquires professionally and confidently
- Build Strong trust and rapport with parents
- Comfortable interacting with parents
Curriculum & Centre Contribution:
- Follow and refine Centre’s lesson plans and teaching framework
- Contribute to worksheets, assessment and teaching materials
- Support Centre events
Experienced:
- Experienced in teaching Primary Math in an MOE school or enrichment setting
- Familiar with the Singapore primary school Math syllabus preferred
- Excellence classroom management and Communication Skills
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder and above or equivalent
- MOE-trained teachers or individuals with strong subject expertise are highly valued
- Well-versed with the latest MOE Math Syllabus and PSLE requirement
- Familiarity with the Singapore curriculum and assessment systems
- 3 to 4 years of teaching experience either in Primary School or Enrichment Centre
- Strong passion towards teaching and nurturing students
- Able to start work immediately (an added advantage)
- Selected candidates will be required to attend lesson observations and co-teaching sessions for training purposes
- Willing to travel to other branches when required
- Singaporeans and Singapore PR only

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 + Performance Bonuses
Working Days and Hours:
- 5-day work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
- Weekdays – 12.30pm – 9.30pm
- Weekends – 9:00am – 6.30pm
