What you'll be doing
- Post ads across platforms and get creative about where to attract talent — think beyond just portals, explore what actually works
- Sort through resumes and filter out who's genuinely worth a call — quality over quantity, no cap
- Chat with candidates daily to vibe-check compatibility and lock them in for appointments — yes, you'll be on the phone a lot, and you'll lowkey become a pro at it
- Keep the interview pipeline moving and make sure nothing falls through the cracks — you're the one holding it all together
- Keep candidate records on point and drop a weekly recruitment report — the details matter, fr
- Work closely with the management team on recruitment tasks and whatever else comes up — you'll be in the loop, not on the sidelines
