Working Hours
• Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries mainly via phone calls
Provide prompt and professional customer support
Update customer information and records accurately in systems
Use CRM systems and knowledge resources to resolve enquiries
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required
Adapt to changing work demands and perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Good communication and active listening skills
Able to maintain professionalism in fast-paced or challenging situations
Customer service/call centre experience preferred
Compulsory Paid Pre-Training Provided
4 days of paid training before work commencement
