Job Summary

A Quality Control Executive inspects, tests, and samples materials and products to detect defects and deviations from specifications. You will monitor production operations, review documentation, and recommend corrective actions to ensure product safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, parts, and products on the production floor and in the warehouse to identify defects and deviations from specifications
• Conduct incoming inspections and accurately record inspection results for traceability
• Assist the Quality Team with daily inspection activities, including monitoring temperature and humidity controls to maintain product integrity
• Review and verify production documentation such as batch records to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming and outgoing goods to maintain product quality
• Monitor production quality by recording inspection and test results, identifying trends, and recommending process adjustments to prevent defects
• Communicate inspection findings clearly and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related disciplines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to quality control processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective reporting and teamwork
