Equipment Technician (Wafer Sort)

Job Responsibilities:

• Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal.
• Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
• Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) / calibration (CAL) of production equipment.
• Strong knowledge in Sawing, Single Reflow, Laser Grooving, Laser Trenching, Die Sorter, Wafer Mounter, Tape & Reel.
• Strong knowledge in Underfill, Ball Mount, Dispensing, Stiffener Attach
• Provide technical support/solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.
• Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
• Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
• Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• :Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• .Minimum 1-2 years and above of relevant industry experiences
• .Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipmen
• tBasic communication skills and good learning and feedback ability
• .Handling on SMT machine knowledg
• eHandling on Flip Chip / Die Attach machine knowledg
• eAble to provide expertise in Underfill, Ball Mount, Dispensing, Stiffener Attach Process
