1. Must speak english fluently
2. Possess a Specialist Diploma in Hospitality or a Degree in any field.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
4. can work in a kitchen as you work may include training other staff members.
5. Should be able to handle knives, understand the kitchen flow and able to improve kitchen workflows.
6. Have advanced cooking experience and know how to handle chicken and other vegetable products.
7. Able to provide input on menu development.
8. Able to negotiate with suppliers and clients.
9. Able to diversify income interests in catering with specialized knowledge.
10. Able to work weekend and PH when needed.
11. Basic accounting skills needed.
