Position Details

• Rank: Senior Security Officer (SSO)
• Shift: Night Shift (Only) – 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Off-Days: 6 off-days

Job Scope / Responsibilities

As a Senior Security Officer (SSO), your key responsibilities include:

Perform access control for members, guests, visitors, and contractors
Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety, security, and orderliness
Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to incidents or alarms
Handle incidents and emergencies in accordance with SOPs
Enforce site rules, regulations, and security procedures
Maintain accurate occurrence books and incident reports
Provide courteous and professional service to members and visitors
Guide and support junior officers when required
Liaise with supervisors, management, and relevant authorities

Requirements

Valid PLRD Security License (SSO rank)
At least 1–2 years of relevant security experience preferred
Able to commit to night shifts
Physically fit, alert, and well-groomed
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
