1. Financial Strategy and Governance

  • Develop and implement the Company's financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across Singapore and regional operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and management reports.

2. Tax Compliance and Tax Planning

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations and applicable international tax requirements.
  • Lead corporate tax planning initiatives and optimize the Group's global tax structure.
  • Manage transfer pricing policies and related-party transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor tax developments and assess their impact on business operations.

3. Treasury and Capital Management

  • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
  • Manage multi-currency funding, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risk mitigation strategies.
  • Optimize capital structure and financing arrangements to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
  • Lead cash pooling and regional treasury initiatives where applicable.

4. Corporate Finance and Investor Relations

  • Support fundraising, financing, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions.
  • Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and transaction execution.
  • Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support investor relations activities and reporting requirements, including interactions with shareholders and external stakeholders.

5. Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance, tax, treasury, and financial planning teams.
  • Establish talent development and succession planning initiatives within the finance function.
  • Partner closely with business, legal, operations, procurement, and compliance teams to support organizational objectives.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

6. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate governance practices.
  • Strengthen enterprise-wide financial risk management and internal control frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, tax authorities, and professional advisors.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management on business and investment decisions.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Regional finance management experience preferred.
  • Experience in corporate finance, fundraising, M&A, or investor relations is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology, or data centre industries is a plus.
