Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Purpose


To support the Customer Management Manager in providing excellent customer and administrative support services at the enrichment centres at Lorna Whiston Schools in Singapore.


Role Responsibilities

Customer Service

· Maintain a sound knowledge of LW’s enrichment operations to support with general enquiries

· Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring all enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face are acknowledged and answered with speed and professionalism

· Develop strong working relationships with LW teachers to support with query resolution


Student Administration

· Enroll new students into the Student Administration System, terminate those who withdraw, update records, prepare invoices, do credit memos for transferring of fees form one class to another for change of lesson day / time

· Arrange replacement classes, follow up on trial class arrangements, and inform affected teachers and follow ups

· Perform closing of day-ends, and prepare month end reports

· Assist with logistic matters for centre activities e.g. Open Days

· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements

1. Minimum of GCE “A” level or Diploma;

2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and admin support

3. Strong communication skills, preferably bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)

4. Organised, responsible and reliable; a good team-player

5. Service-oriented; deliver excellent customer service

6. Excellent time management, ability to prioritize and multi-task various work matters

7. Possess positive energy and self-motivated

8. Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a mature and professional manner


Role Information

Reports to: Customer Management Manager


Contracted Hours:

40 hours a week, 5-day work week including one weekend day (on alternative Saturdays/Sundays)

10am to 7pm on weekdays

8.30am to 6.30pm on weekends, with appropriate time-off given on weekday


Location: Marine Parade/Novena
