Position: HR Operations Executive
Contract Period: 12 months
Work Location: Ang Mo Kio
Job Description:
HR Operations Scope refers to the day-to-day administrative, compliance, and process-management activities that keep the Human Resources function running efficiently. It focuses on executing HR policies, managing employee data, and supporting the employee lifecycle.
Typical HR Operations responsibilities include:
Employee Lifecycle Management
* Onboarding new hires
* Employee transfers and promotions
* Offboarding and exit processes
* Maintaining employee records
HR Systems and Data Management
* Managing HR Information Systems (HRIS)
* Maintaining employee databases
* Data accuracy and reporting
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
* Managing audits and documentation
* Handling employment contracts and work permits
Employee Support Services
* Responding to employee HR inquiries
* Leave management
* Employment verification requests
* Issuing HR letters and documentation
* Automation and digitalization initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• Strong attention to detail
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle sensitive employee data discreetly
• Team player and a proactive mindset
