Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle hiring: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
Develop recruitment strategies; partner with department heads to map hiring needs
Build talent pipelines for critical/succession roles; manage employer branding
Optimize sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, campus)
Ensure positive candidate experience and hiring-manager alignment
HR Responsibilities
HR operations: policies, SOPs, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding
Employee relations: grievances, disciplinary actions, engagement
Performance management: appraisals, goal setting, development plans
Compensation & benefits: payroll support, benchmarking, reviews
Learning & development: training needs, programs, succession support
Compliance: labor law adherence, audits, statutory reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in HR/Business or related
5+ years HR with strong recruitment experience
Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and labor law knowledge
