Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying security guards across assigned sites.
- Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and manpower shortages, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Conduct site visits to ensure guards follow operational procedures and maintain standards.
- Support in handling operational challenges such as guard replacements, emergencies, or client escalations.
2. Client Coordination
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and performance summaries for clients.
- Participate in client meetings when required.
3. Staff Supervision & Support
- Support in training, briefing, and orienting security personnel on duties and policies.
- Assist in performance monitoring, discipline management, and welfare of security staff.
- Ensure guards comply with company rules, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain updated records (deployment sheets, attendance logs, incident reports, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company-specific security protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to the Operations Executive/Manager.
5. Incident & Emergency Support
- Assist in responding to incidents, emergencies, or security breaches as requested.
- Coordinate with guards, supervisors, and management to ensure timely resolution.
- Help with incident documentation and follow-up corrective actions.
6. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Support the Operations Executive in resource planning, procurement of uniforms/equipment, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR, accounts, and operations for guard-related matters (payroll, onboarding, documentation).
- Provide general administrative assistance within the operations department.

Qualifications
- Degree EnGINEERING
- 1–3 years of experience in security operations or manpower management
- Familiarity with local security regulations and industry practices
Work Environment
- Mix of office-based coordination and field visits
- Requires flexible working hours, including weekends or emergency call-outs when necessary
