Job Description

Responsibilities

Taking off quantity, Timely preparation & submission of Bill of Quantities/ Quotations

Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering

Works order preparation and variation orders

Preparation of progressive reports and claim bills Preparation of final account with clients

Attend site meetings with clients

Prepare Variation Orders, Monthly progress claims to Clients and payments for Subcontractors/Suppliers. Settlement of Final Accounts with Clients and Subcontractors/Suppliers.
