Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build lasting client partnerships within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets
- Lead and coach the sales team by conducting training, delivering performance feedback, and creating development plans to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to monitor industry trends and customer preferences, using insights to refine sales tactics and uncover new market segments
- Prepare detailed sales reports and revenue forecasts, presenting data-driven insights to senior management to support strategic decisions on product positioning, pricing, and market expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives with company goals, product launches, and customer experience strategies
Other Information
- Working Hours: 6 days a week, with 4 days off per month
- Salary: $3,500 monthly, with additional performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales quotas
