Oversee full building/renovation projects from planning to handover. Manage schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors and safety compliance per Singapore WSH & BCA standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities. Ensure quality, timely delivery and cost control. Requires relevant construction experience, knowledge of local codes and strong team coordination skills.
