Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence in Singapore's construction industry.
- Identify and secure new projects through tender opportunities, client networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, architects, and government agencies.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve profitable business outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and project bids in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
- Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to align business objectives with project delivery capabilities.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and analyze KPIs to improve business development effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor business development personnel while supporting the company's strategic growth and market expansion goals.
