Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in the construction sector.
- Develop and implement business strategies, corporate policies, and operational plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Oversee all business functions, including project management, business development, finance, human resources, and compliance.
