Job Description

Responsibilities

The Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team while also overseeing the efficient operation of the Singapore office. This multifaceted role combines office management and human resources support responsibilities. The incumbent will perform a diverse array of administrative services, ensuing seamless office functioning and exceptional support to leadership and associates.

Human Resource Administration

·      Provide logistical support in new hires onboarding. (Staff pass, uniform, PPE, corporate gifts etc.)

·      Onboard new hires and provide basic training on office procedures and systems, when necessary.

·      Assist in the administration of all learning and development, retention and compensation & benefits programs.

·      Main liaison person for canteen vendor on food quality, hygiene and menu.

·      Manage dormitory administration.

·      In charge of company transport management.

·      Support employee engagement activities and contribute to their execution.

·      Actively contribute to company-wide projects and HR initiatives as assigned.

·      Support the organization of company events, meetings, off-site retreats and provide logistical assistance.

Office administration

·      Oversee office supplies inventory, pantry management, place orders and maintain office equipment in optimal working condition. 

·      Coordinate with security on visitors and carpark arrangements.

·      Liaise with cleaning vendors and ensure office environment is well-maintained.

·      Manage incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and maintain efficient record keeping systems.

·      Administer travel requests, including booking hotel accommodations, land, and air transportation as needed.

·      Coordinate with IT on any system or technical requests.

·      Update and maintain office organizational charts, directory and support communication efforts.

Any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
