1.Product Development

• Develop creative concepts and designs for new products
• Update and improve existing product designs
• Design product marketing materials
• Develop merchandise and product accessories

2.Consumer Marketing

• Create marketing campaign concepts and visual content
• Design digital advertisements and social media content
• Manage visual content for Instagram, TikTok and Shopee
• Support customer relationship marketing through email and WhatsApp campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing on-ground events

3.Reseller Marketing

• Develop marketing materials for reseller recruitment and retention
• Design digital and printed promotional materials
• Prepare sales kits and event materials
• Support reseller engagement, appreciation and branding activities

4.Corporate Branding

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms
• Design corporate communication and promotional materials
• Support website content and branding initiatives
• Assist with event branding and staff uniform design

5.Departmental Support

• Provide creative support to HR, Sales, Operations and other departments
• Support company campaigns, events and special projects

 Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and related design software
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently
• Experience in social media content creation is an added advantage
