The Creative Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content that strengthens Aya Real Food’s brand identity across digital, print, packaging, and marketing channels. The role works closely with the Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to develop creative assets that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, catalogues, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns aligned with Aya Real Food’s brand identity.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
- Create packaging mock-ups, product labels, and point-of-sale materials.
Digital & Social Media Content
- Design engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Create visuals, animations, reels, and short-form video content to support marketing campaigns.
- Develop digital assets for email marketing, website banners, and online advertisements.
Photography & Videography
- Conduct product photography and editing for marketing and e-commerce use.
- Assist in video shooting and editing for promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Maintain a library of visual assets for future marketing activities.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, and company events with creative materials.
- Ensure all creative deliverables are completed within deadlines and quality standards.
Creative Innovation
- Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and consumer preferences.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation efficiency.
