Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Asset Production: Design engaging static graphics, carousels, and stories tailored for various social media platforms based on client briefs and content calendars.
• Digital Advertising Design: Create high-converting visual assets for paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display Network, etc.) while adhering to strict platform specifications.
• Brand Adaptation: Quickly adapt to and apply different client brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and visual tone across all deliverables.
• Multimedia Assistance: Help prepare basic motion graphics, video overlays, or GIF animations for short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Creative Collaboration: Participate in team brainstorming sessions to conceptualize creative angles and visual strategies for upcoming client campaigns.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain internal design files, client assets, and templates to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or internship experience at an agency are highly encouraged to apply).
• Portfolio: A digital portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital-first design concepts.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Figma, Canva, or basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) is a major plus.
• Agency Pace: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing client feedback.
• Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, take creative direction, and continuously improve design skills.
