Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the Group Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules to ensure efficient time management.
- Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion while providing comprehensive administrative and executive support.
- Coordinate business-related reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, restaurants, and other logistical arrangements.
Contact & Database Management
- Maintain and regularly update business contacts, investor databases, and professional networking records.
- Manage contact information, business cards, and CRM databases to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Support stakeholder engagement, networking activities, and relationship management initiatives.
Property Portfolio Management
- Act as the key liaison between property agents, tenants, contractors, and service providers regarding the Group Chairman’s property portfolio.
- Monitor property marketing activities, tenancy matters, maintenance requirements, and related documentation.
- Manage property listings and ensure optimal visibility across relevant online and marketing platforms.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Plan and support company events, corporate functions, business engagements, and VIP-related activities.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and business events with the Group Chairman when required, providing administrative and coordination support.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- working: 3 years (Preferred)
