Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management or a related field is preferred. Candidates with other relevant qualifications may also apply.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of and familiarity with the Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling and resolving issues arising within the building or property.
• Strong sense of responsibility, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
