Lead and drive best practices across core HR functions, including Training & Development, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relations (IR), payroll management, HR policies, and employee handbook governance.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Oversee manpower planning strategies to align workforce capabilities with business objectives and optimize organizational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with all HR processes in accordance with internal SOPs, company policies, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and involvement in labor or court cases where required.
Continuously review, enhance, and implement HR policies and frameworks to support a high-performance work culture.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent (Degree preferred).
At least 2–4 years of experience in core HR functions, including Training, Recruitment, and Payroll.
Proven hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
