Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant staff and daily operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Assign duties and work schedules to employees.
Train new staff on restaurant procedures and service standards.
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of supplies when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Communicate operational issues to management.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
