Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Verify the quantity and condition of goods received against delivery documents.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
- Update and maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Conduct stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labelling and identification of materials and finished products.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse operating standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move goods when required.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
