Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) for companies within the Group.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and year-end closing activities within stipulated timelines.
• Monitor and manage operational cash flow to ensure sufficient funding for business and operational requirements.
• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and filing systems for audit and statutory compliance purposes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and relevant government authorities on financial and compliance matters.
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work systematically with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidates who are available for immediate employment will have an added advantage.
• Good command of Mandarin and English, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
