OB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation of tender documents for tender exercise
• Attend tender interviews
• To handle and lead pre and post contract
• Preparing tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
• Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements undertaking feasibility studies
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders
• Allocating work to subcontractors
• Preparation of Letter of Award to Sub-Contractors
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Preparation and verification of claims
• Preparing of project costing and budgeting
• Preparation of Variation Order, Construction Budget and Final Account
• Internal audit for site material and works
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use
• Perform any others work related to QS task, taking off, prepare BQ, tendering, claim, negotiated and planning for the project etc.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage)
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Possesed own vehicle to travel when necessary.
• Have the knowledge of Project Tendering & Contract Management
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
• Working Hour:- Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 5.30pm , Saturday (alternate) : 9.00am - 1.00pm
