KED Consultancy Hiring! Full Time Accounts Payable Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Handle full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation
• Manage banking transactions, including local & foreign currency payments (e.g. USD)
• Support treasury functions, including:
• Cash flow monitoring
• Bank dealings
• Foreign exchange (Forex) transactions (e.g. buying USD, forward contracts)
• Support full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Provide basic support in HR functions (e.g. payroll/admin coordination)

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with China-based suppliers and for payment matters.
• Candidates with treasury exposure (e.g. banking transactions, foreign currency payments, forex/forward contracts) are highly preferred
• Knowledge of full set accounts is an added advantage
• Familiarity with QNE Accounting System or other similar accounting systems is a plus
• Basic HR knowledge will be an added advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
