Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a payroll outsourcing, shared services, or corporate environment.
• Experience with the QuickPay payroll system will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp compliance.
• Proven experience in payroll reporting, reconciliations, and handling payroll-related queries from clients and employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software, with the ability to analyse payroll data and generate accurate reports.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when managing sensitive employee information.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
