Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems on a daily basis, including start-up and shutdown procedures
• Ensure stable steam supply to support production processes (e.g., cleaning, heating, equipment operation)
• Monitor boiler operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, water level, and combustion condition
• Carry out boiler water treatment activities, including chemical dosing, blowdown, and softener system checks
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on boiler-related equipment (pumps, valves, piping, etc.)
• Record boiler operating data and maintenance logs accurately
• Identify and report abnormal conditions or equipment issues to the maintenance team
• Support statutory inspections and audits (DOSH/JKKP requirements)
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of boiler room in accordance with 5S and safety standards
• Comply with company safety procedures, OSHA, and Factory & Machinery Act requirements

Requirements

• Possess valid DOSH Boilerman Grade 3 certificate (minimum), Grade 2 will be an advantage
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in boiler operation or industrial maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Good understanding of steam systems and boiler safety operations
• Able to work shifts and overtime when required by production needs
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (pumps, valves, piping) is an advantage
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

Pay: From RM9,999.00 per month
