Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to support Production and Engineering operations in areas related to machine performance, automation systems, troubleshooting, and process improvement. This role focuses on supporting manufacturing equipment, PLC-based systems, and production efficiency activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Production and Engineering teams in daily technical and equipment-related issues.
• Perform troubleshooting on machines, equipment, and production line issues.
• Assist in PLC-based machine monitoring and basic troubleshooting (if applicable).
• Support preventive maintenance and improvement activities.
• Assist in machine setup, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Identify root causes of breakdowns and support corrective actions.
• Support production efficiency and downtime reduction initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen / Lean / 5S) activities.
• Assist in data collection for machine performance and production output.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare simple technical reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Automation Engineering or related engineering fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years working experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing machines and production processes.
• Interest in automation, machinery, and troubleshooting work.
• Able to work in factory environment and shift rotation if required.
• Good problem-solving and hands-on attitude.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
