We are seeking for Sales Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Semenyih. In this team, you will be responsible for producing and prosing design concepts that meet and exceed client expectations. You will involve in all stages of design process, from initial concept development to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct site measurements and draft accurate floor plans.
• Produce and propose design concepts based on client needs and preferences.
• Prepare design boards for client presentations, showcasing proposed designs.
• Provide quotations for clients based on proposed designs and project requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors during construction to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timelines are met and projects progress smoothly.
• Work closely with colleagues to coordinate project tasks and ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in design / Interior Design / Interior Architecture
• Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Excel; 3D rendering and Photosop (Is a plus)
• Project management skill to meet tight project deadline
• Strong creative abilities with a keen eye for detail in design.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently within a team environment.
• Must have access to own transportation for site visits and meetings.
• Good communication in English and BM (Verbal & written)
