Full Time Assistant Outlet Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,600 in Rakanda Enterprise Sdn Bhd Shah Alam - Ricebowl

The Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for store-level support functions including customer service, schedulling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintennace and back-office support. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist branch manager to demonstrate desired for staff including driving sales, handling difficult or complicated sales, cash management, inventory and follow up with customers
• Assist branch manager to provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise
• Assist the branch manager in hiring to the needs of the business, actively recruiting to ensure open positions are filled quickly
• Assist the branch manager to control inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within budget
• Assist the branch manager to manage and controls in Shrinkage
• Oversee and manage the whole operation team in the outlet and implement operation procedure

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related field or equivalent
• Age between 23-36
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field (retail/operations) with prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role
