Job Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Production
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels.
- Produce creative short-form videos, reels, food reviews, behind-the-scenes content, staff highlights, and outlet-related content.
- Capture and edit food photography and videography for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Develop content that highlights new menu launches, seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.
2. Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries when required.
- Support social media growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
3. Campaign & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and festive marketing activities.
- Work closely with operations and outlet teams to gather content and ensure campaign execution is accurately represented.
- Assist in influencer collaboration, content seeding, and KOL engagement activities.
- Support marketing events, roadshows, food festivals, and outlet openings by capturing real-time content.
4. Content Performance & Reporting
- Track content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and conversions.
- Provide recommendations to improve content effectiveness based on analytics and audience insights.
- Prepare monthly content performance reports.
5. Outlet Visits
- Visit outlets regularly to capture content, monitor brand presentation, and identify content opportunities.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and staff to organize content shooting schedules.
- Ensure food presentation and visual quality meet brand standards during content shoots.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Design, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong passion for food, social media, and digital content creation.
- Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Skilled in photography and videography using mobile devices and cameras.
- Familiar with Instagram Reels, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English and Mandarin (added advantage).
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays during campaign shoots and events.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
