Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare bill of quantities for construction projects based on the drawings and specifications.
2. Carries out the detailed breakdown pricing in the excel spreadsheet.
3. Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and issue Purchase Order for confirmation.
4. Develop accurate cost estimation for construction.
5. To verify subcon / supplier invoice.
6. To ensure proper documentation and administrative / paperwork and approval processes such as progress claim, project report are followed.
7. Collaborate with project team to ensure that quality standards are maintained while adhering to budgetary constraints.
8. Work closely with project team to achieve project goals and resolve any cost-related issues.
Requirements:
1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction Management or equivalent.
2. Preferably experienced in ID / construction project and retail related project management.
2. Computer skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.
3. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
4. Excellent in BQ costing.
5. Good in negotiation, collaboration, organizational and time management skill.
6. Possess own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
