Location: Labuan, Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, Malaysia
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Qualification and/or a recognised degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Enjoy communicating & engaging with people.
• Meticulous with details especially with documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Trust Officer and Company in day-to-day operation.
• Follow up with clients on documentation requirements & advise clients on matters relating to companies.
• Prepare statutory documents and filing.
• Assist in administrative work and compliance matters.
• Advise and consult clients.
