Administrative Engineering Intern - Based in Labuan

Job Summary

We are seeking an aspiring engineer to fill the position of Administrative Engineering Intern. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related disciplines. Under the guidance of our Operations Engineer (OE), the intern will gain practical exposure to engineering administration and documentation processes.

Administrative Engineering Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Engineer (OE) with administrative and documentation activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain engineering records, reports, and technical documents.
• Support the coordination and tracking of project documentation and correspondence.
• Ensure proper filing and document control in accordance with company procedures.
• Incorporate academic knowledge into practical engineering and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Engineer and technical personnel.

Engineering Intern Requirements and Qualifications

• Recent diploma, degree or current enrollment in an engineering program.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexible schedule
• Strong organizational and communications skill

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
