Inventory Control

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and returned goods.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory count reports and support stock reconciliation activities.

Production Operations

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory.
• Assist in tracking and calculating material usage for production.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory to supervisors.
• Support FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Prepare routine inventory and stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.

Coordination & Safety

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and planning teams to support operations.
• Follow workplace safety, security, and 5S standards.
• Assist during internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or production operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and in a warehouse or production environment as needed.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
