As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our corporate customer base and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in secure IT asset disposition and sustainable electronics management.
Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
- Develop and secure long-term ITAD service contracts.
- Generate opportunities for scheduled waste recovery services.
- Expand business into government agencies, GLCs, and multinational companies.
- Build relationships with procurement teams and ESG departments.
- Engage with CIOs, IT Managers, Finance Directors, and Facility Managers.
Market Development
Develop business opportunities with:
- Banks and financial institutions
- Insurance companies
- Government agencies and GLCs
- Multinational corporations (MNCs)
- Data centres
- Manufacturing and semiconductor companies

RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's Degree in:
- Business
- Marketing

or equivalent working experience.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)
- Data destruction services
- E-waste recycling
- IT infrastructure sales
- Enterprise solution sales
- Environmental services
- Industrial B2B sales
