Job Responsibilities:
1. RMA Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the full RMA process from logdown, repair coordination, shipment arrangement to final closure
- Track and monitor all RMA cases across Excel trackers, SharePoint, and Syborg system
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate updates of all RMA records across systems
2. Data & System Management
- Perform detailed data entry and updates in Excel, SharePoint, and Syborg system for incoming and outgoing transactions
- Maintain serial number (SN)-level traceability throughout all process stages
- Identify and resolve data issues including discrepancies, missing updates, duplicate entries, and system errors
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between Contract Manufacturers (CM) and internal Micron stakeholders (FSE, Operations)
- Facilitate resolution of issues related to data inconsistencies, inspection findings, and technical discrepancies
- Ensure clear and timely communication between all parties involved in the RMA process
4. Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Collaborate with site PICs and internal teams to resolve documentation, repair, and inspection-related issues
- Raise and follow up on IT tickets for system-related issues until closure
- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues affecting process flow or delivery timelines
5. Process Compliance & Documentation Control
- Ensure strict adherence to RMA procedures and standard work instructions
- Validate shipment and transaction accuracy, including AWB details, shipment dates, and defect records
- Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation at all times
6. Repair & Logistics Support
- Coordinate closely with Contract Manufacturers on repair status updates and defect tracking
- Support decision-making processes for replacement, repair, scrap, or return actions
- Facilitate smooth shipment execution and release processes
7. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators such as turnaround time (TAT) and backlog status
- Identify process inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks for improvement
- Support initiatives to enhance process efficiency, automation, and data accuracy
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools
- Familiarity with SAP or similar logistics systems is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail with strong SN-level tracking capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional workload under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
