Job Resposibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end local, import & export shipping process, including documentation, booking, and liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders & Vendor.
• Prepare and review all necessary local, import & export documentation, such as delivery order, purchase order, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
• Collaborate with the Vendor & QA team to address and resolve labelling quality issues.
• Provide shipping document to customers and updates on shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Calculate various charges incurred in transportation, compare quotations and check invoices from transport company.
• Staying updated on local, import & export regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant government agencies.
• Managed goods receiving in the system, conducted inventory stock counts, and performed daily sales closing.
• Any adhoc task from superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar export shipping or logistics role, preferably within the frozen food manufacturing, particularly frozen dough and frozen confectionary
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, procedures, and regulations including special permit and taxable items will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Adaptable to change and willing to continuously learn and improve

Work Location: Nusajaya Tech Park, Iskandar Puteri

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
