Position: Site Engineer (Civil)

Starting Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 3,500

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday - Friday)

Location: Kulai, Johor

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily activities at project sites.
• Supervise and coordinate civil engineering works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and quality management system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site operational requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on project matters.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Fulfill the company's contractual obligations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure project operations and document control procedures are properly adhered to.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
