Job Description: Barista (Experienced)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, including pastries and desserts.
- Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and workstations.
- Create quality latte art and visually appealing beverage presentations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing recommendations and responding to customer inquiries.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages promptly to customers.
- Handle cashier duties, including payment processing and transaction management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and cashier areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Manage customer waiting lists and reservations during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in F&B industry.
- Knowledge in coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Skilled in latte art is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
