Junior Payroll Clerk

SS ALAMIN GARDEN SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing monthly payroll
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records
• Verify overtime, allowances, and payroll-related data
• Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB documentation
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain filing systems
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Support HR and administration functions as required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Payroll or administrative experience is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,800
• Allowance: RM200
• Gross Salary: RM2,000
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
• Training provided

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: Half Day
• Sunday: Off
