Job Description

Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Front desk, daily admin operations, office & facility support.

Reception & Front Desk Duties

  • Manage reception counter and greet visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor registration.

General Administration Duties

  • Manage stationery ordering & inventory control.
  • Manage office supplies & pantry items.
  • Coordinate cleaner schedules:

o Daily office cleaning

o Periodic deep cleaning

  • Monitor office cleanliness and facilities condition.

Facilities & Support

  • Arrange office maintenance (aircon, lighting, plumbing).
  • Coordinate pest control and waste disposal vendors.
  • Support HR/Admin tasks when required (document preparation, filing).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
