We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Operation Executive to support our sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of sales initiatives, monitoring retail execution, supporting promotional campaigns, and driving sales performance improvements within the Modern Trade channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned sales activities, roadshows, and promotional events, ensuring smooth operations from setup to completion.
- Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing team to monitor weekly sampling plans and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure effective implementation of product promotions.
- Monitor outlet stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular retail visits to ensure merchandising compliance and proper display execution.
- Provide operational support to the Sales team during manpower shortages or peak business periods.
- Analyze field execution and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Modern Trade; FMCG experience is preferred.
- SPM/STPM, Diploma/Foundation, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCount.
- Good command of English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong comprehension and implementation skills, responsibility and willing to take challenge.
- Able to work independently, learn quickly, and take initiative.
- Willing to travel and work within Klang Valley.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
