Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members.
• Monitor work progress and report site activities to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in material planning, site logistics, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and support project coordination activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of site supervision experience in construction, engineering, electrical, or solar projects.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or site experience are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and project documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Experience in Solar PV projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
